Anthony Badalamenti (mid) arrives at federal Court for sentencing with lawyers Tai Park (L) and Claude Kelly (R). Badalamenti, 62 yrs of Katy, Texas is the former Haliburton manager who plead guilty to destroying evidence in the aftermath of the 2010 BP Macondo Well oil rig disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. He faces a maximimum sentence of up to 1 year in prison and up tp $100,000 fine. Badalamenti was the cementing technology director for Haliburton Energy Services.
