A humerous refrigerator Christmas tree complete with a makeshift 'FEMA' trailer, a blue tarp roof and rescue graffiti. Refrigerators litter the city following Hurricane Katrina where food sat rotting for weeks and months with no power, here a resident tries to inject a little humour into the season.
