The remnants of the lives of ordinary folks, now covered in mud as the flood waters recede.Curtains flap in the breeze as spray paint indicates no bodies were found in the derelict house.<br />

  • 4th Feb, 2006. New Orleans, Louisiana. An American flag, ripped and damaged by hurricane Katrina recieves a follow up battering from a tornado which smashed through River Bend in uptown New Orleans a few days earlier. The city may be down, but the flag still flies over New Orleans.
